OurLibrary Affordable, Easy-to-Use Document Management OurLibrary includes the products and services that will enable your organization to start using electronic documents with the protection of a document repository. The components of an OurLibrary system are listed below:
OurLibrary software includes four major components, as listed below:
An optional Web server component allows documents to be located and viewed using Internet Explorer browser software. Scanned documents can be stored in searchable PDF or in image-only PDF. Image-only PDF documents can be produced faster and require less storage space. The image-only PDF documents can include color images or photos. Producing the searchable PDF requires longer - a few seconds per page – but full-text search capabilities can be used to find documents containing specific word or phrases. Sentences, paragraphs and other contents of documents in the searchable PDF format can be coped into MS Word and other applications.
