When instructed by the Advanta Technologies support staff, click the link on the left to start the session. You should see some messages indicating the the Jaunt application is being downloaded. Next, you should see a window similar to the following-

Reporting a problem via email |
|
Another method to report a software or hardware problem to Advanta Technologies involves sending an email message with attachments. Address the email to support@advanta-tech.com. Your message should include a description of the problem.
You should include a graphic version of the
message box that reported the error, For example, assume that the
following error is reported- Make certain that the message box has focus. The title bar should be dark blue (or another color that indicates focus if you have customized Windows). Hold the ALT key down and press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. This action copies the message box to the clipboard. Next, open Microsoft Word with a new, blank document. Select Edit, Paste from the menu to copy the message box into the document. Save the new document to My Documents and name the file with a descriptive name, such as “Capture Error.doc”. Finally, attach the Word file to your email message. Use a descriptive subject for your email message, such as “Capture Error at Your Most Important Customer”. If you do not get a reply within a few hours, please call 321-779-1221 to inquire regarding the error that you reported. |
