View a document using OurLibrary |
|
To search for a document using OurLibrary, launch the Find Document application and enter the first few letters of an index field, as shown below: |

Note that the application shows list of documents with titles that start with "Ko". You can select a title from the list or you can enter a value from the keyboard. When you enter "Kodak" as the title and click the Search button, a grid will appear that shows all documents with titles that start with "Kodak", as shown below: |

Double-clicking the mouse on a row in the grid gives you a full view of the document, including the option to print. |

|
|
|
The grid of results remains visible, so you can view another document by double-clicking on another row. This sample document is stored in Adobe PDF format, so it is shown using Adobe Acrobat. If the document is contained in a Microsoft Office format, then the Office application will be launched. A wide variety of document formats are supported. Return |
